Fantastic Central Hotel Stay
prime location stylish lobby free water
The hotel location is amazing because it gives you easy access to the River Walk. I liked the stylish lobby area a lot and the building stands as an iconic landmark. Water dispensers available on every floor were also very convenient for quick refills. The coffee machine on the first floor was a plus and it offered decent coffee.
The air conditioning didn't work well, so the room was stuck at 75 degrees.

The location offered easy access to public transport and the park. The room was neat AND clean. The self-checkout machine worked well.

friendly staff free storage convenient check
i am so grateful for the friendly staff. ronnie really stood out with his awesome customer service. i also liked the free luggage storage was available and it helped a lot. checking in at noon was super convenient too.
the elevators caused some frustration. they were not working properly, one by one, and we got stuck in one for a while. this happened during the coldest days, so it was not comfortable.

the rooms offer comfortable furniture and beds. the rooms were also kept very clean and convenient for my stay. i found the space sufficient for a short visit, everything was in order.

the bottled water was available on each floor, it was really appreciated. i also enjoyed the complimentary espresso bar. these amenities added a nice touch to the stay, specially during winter.

The location met expectations. It is suitable for exploring the area.
The room was SMALL. I found this unacceptable for the price. The window offered a view of the wall across the street. This was the WORST view I have experienced in a hotel.

mediocre stay with some issues
stained carpet dust layer
the staff were friendly. i had no problems during check-in.
the room needed some maintenance. the carpet was stained and even coming away from the wall. i did not want to put my bare feet on the carpet (it felt really gross). the shelves also had collected a layer of dust.

perfect location nespresso machine friendly staff slow elevator missing microwave no restaurant
the location was indeed perfect. a nespresso machine was present in my room. the staff members were generally friendly and available.
the elevators were often slow and crowded (i waited quite a bit). i found that my room lacked a microwave and fridge. the hotel does not have a restaurant or bar.
